GRA have recently submitted a high-end, contemporary, timber-clad extension along with a supporting 31 page Design and Access statement, for consideration.

The proposal intends to modernise family living whilst being respectful to the existing architectural style. An innovative design solution, using a contemporary palette to create a beautifully bespoke addition to their home.

Conservation applications can be some of the most challenging due to the amount of policy hurdles.

We relish a good challenge.

Planning approval has now been granted for this application (subject to condition) which is great news! Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council were engaged throughout, allowing us to achieve a collaborative approach to the design. Time for some celebration...
